  • Japanese Remedial Yoga Therapy is a holistic and transformative practice that connects body, mind, and energy. It blends traditional yoga postures with the energetic principles of Traditional Chinese and Japanese Medicine, focusing on chi - the life force energy that moves through the body along meridians (energy pathways).
